Thank you for visiting this website. I have been drawing and painting for longer than I care to admit. After studying art in Southern California, and in numerous classes and workshops in the Mid-Atlantic region I settled into a studio at the edge of the woods and rolling hills of central Maryland. The birds, deer and other creatures that I see out my windows are bound to appear in my art, as well as those witnessed on various travels around the globe. I hope you enjoy your tour of wildlife and nature as seen through my eyes.
I was recently juried and accepted into the International Society of Scratchboard Artists. I am looking forward to participating in their upcoming shows and exhibitions. Be sure and check the calendar of events page for information on these and other shows and exhibits. If you would like to receive announcements of these events, or have any questions about the art please contact me by email, postal service or phone.
Thanks, and enjoy the art! Marilu
